Through activities such as gardening, planting, and harvesting, children gain hands-on experience of sustainability, teamwork, and the natural cycles of life.
With a secure indoor setting and access to outdoor spaces, our nursery provides a safe, flexible environment designed to support physical and emotional development.
We focus on engaging children aged 2–4 years with a well-rounded curriculum that nurtures curiosity, creativity, and a love for learning.

Walk in the Park Nursery is conveniently situated in the heart of Normanton Park Community Centre, making it easily accessible for families in the Warwick Avenue area and beyond. Our nursery is committed to providing an inclusive environment where every child is supported to thrive. We recognise that children with SEND or additional needs may require personalised care and early intervention. Through individual support plans, an adapted curriculum, and close collaboration with families and external professionals, we ensure every child’s needs are met. Our trained staff focus on promoting each child’s development, confidence, and independence, creating a nurturing and supportive setting for all.
We’re excited to support the Holiday Activities and Food (HAF) Programme in the near future. While specific sessions are not yet confirmed, our team is preparing to offer fun, engaging holiday experiences for children, including nutritious meals and a wide range of activities.
